Real Estate Attorney The candidate negotiates, drafts and advises Real Estate Development Team on all types of commercial leases, purcha! se agreements and related documents. Negotiates, drafts and advises management regarding all types of real estate contracts and related legal issues involving commercial purchases and leases, including taking ownership of the contract drafting and negotiation process from site approval through store opening. Coordinates and assists Escrow Specialist to address due diligence, title issues, and assure integrity of closing process. Addresses all land use matters in support of Property Management, Excess Property Department and Permitting Department.
Should have a J.D. degree in the area of Law. Must have 1-3 years of attorney experience in commercial real estate and contracts.
